Go to wherever Shopify is asking for this (likely Settings → Policies or Settings → Store details) and fill in:

• Business name: PEPTOVA
• Email: support@peptova.com
• Phone: (your business phone — if you don't have one yet, get a Google Voice number for free, keeps your personal number private)
• Address: Your registered business address. If you're operating as a sole proprietor and don't want your home address public, look into a registered agent service or virtual mailbox (costs ~$15/month, gives you a real commercial address).
