Free Shipping on Every Order

All orders ship free within the United States. No minimums, no exceptions.

Processing Time

All PEPTOVA products are lyophilized (freeze-dried) fresh after your order is placed. This ensures maximum potency and shelf life for your research compounds.

Standard processing time: 7–14 business days

This includes compound preparation, lyophilization, quality verification, and packaging. We do not ship pre-made inventory — every order is produced specifically for you.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on order size and destination. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging. Compounds are packed with appropriate cold-chain materials when required to maintain product integrity during transit.

Every order includes:

  • Free bacteriostatic water (10ml × 1 vial)
  • Individual vial labeling with batch numbers
  • Tamper-evident sealing

Delivery

Estimated delivery after shipping: 2–5 business days (domestic US).

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 9–19 business days (processing + shipping combined).

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and your local post office/carrier facility
  2. Wait 48 hours — packages sometimes show delivered before actual drop-off
  3. Contact us at support@peptova.com with your order number and tracking details

For packages that show no tracking movement for 10+ business days after shipping, contact us and we will file a carrier investigation and work toward a resolution.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact support@peptova.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product condition. We will evaluate the claim and may issue a replacement at our discretion. See our Refund Policy for full details.
