Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PEPTOVA does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Because all products are lyophilized (freeze-dried) fresh to order and prepared specifically for each purchase, we cannot resell or reuse returned compounds. This policy exists to maintain the integrity and purity standards our researchers expect.
Why we don't offer refunds: Every order is custom-prepared after purchase. Our compounds are lyophilized on demand, sealed under controlled conditions, and shipped with cold-chain packaging. Once this process begins, we cannot reverse or repurpose the order.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@peptova.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect item(s)
- A description of the issue
We will evaluate the claim and, at our sole discretion, may issue a replacement or store credit. Damaged shipment claims must include photographic evidence of the packaging and product condition.
Order cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if production has not yet begun. Contact support@peptova.com immediately. Once lyophilization has started, cancellations are not possible.
Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any loyalty rewards.
